Process description:

1. oil degreasing, if you are sure that the surface of the workpiece without any oil, you can omit this step.

2. activation, soaking time is 2-5 minutes, if you are sure that the surface of the workpiece without any rust, welding spots and other impurities (such as the just-polished workpiece), you can omit this step.

3. passivation, the necessary process. The soaking time is 30 minutes, the longer the passivation film is more complete.

Third, precautions

1. the workpiece should be cleaned before entering the stainless steel passivation liquid, such as the workpiece has rust or wax before passivation must first rust or wax.

2. before any process must be washed off the workpiece, the surface can not have the liquid residue of the previous process.

3. do not splash the passivation liquid into the eyes or face, such as contact, immediately rinse with water (no irritation to the skin, but will stain).
