The 2030mm cold rolling production line was designed by German SMS. The main process equipment includes a continuous pickling line (strength level: Rm≤980MPa), a combined pickling and rolling line, and a continuous annealing line (strength level: Rm≤980MPa) 2 lines, continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit (strength level: Rm≤780MPa) 1 line. The annual output of commercial coils is 2.8 million tons, including 800,000 tons of hot-rolled pickled commercial coils, 1.6 million tons of cold-rolled annealed commercial coils, and 400,000 tons of cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized commercial coils. The products are mainly used in industires such as high- and mid-range automobiles and household appliances, etc.

1. Customer demand response

    ● Respond to customer inquiries in real time and provide customized solutions, such as adjusting export strategies according to market price fluctuations

2. Quality control and packaging guidance

    ● Strictly monitor steel quality, provide material reporting (MTC) and third party testing (e.g. SGS inspection).

    ● Design anti-rust, moisture-proof packaging scheme (such as galvanized steel coil wrapped anti-rust film) to avoid transportation losses.

3. Transportation plan optimization

    ● Choose sea, rail or air based on the characteristics of the cargo, prioritize low-cost container types (such as 20GP/40NOR containers), and optimize transportation routes.

    ● Provide full logistics tracking, coordinate bulk carrier/container loading and unloading, ensure transportation safety (such as uniform loading, waterproof treatment).

4. Customs declaration and document processing

    ● Agent customs declaration and inspection, prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other documents to avoid the delay caused by wrong HS code classification.

    ● Assist in applying for certificates of Origin (e.g. FORM E) to reduce tariff costs.

5. Payment and tax refund services

    ● Provide T/T, letter of credit and other settlement support, assist in foreign exchange verification and export tax rebate application (some steel tax rebate rate of 9%-13%).

6. After-sales tracking and dispute handling

    ● Follow up customer feedback after delivery, handle quality disputes (such as third-party inspection intervention), maintain customer relationship.

7. Policy and regulatory consultation

    ● Update anti-dumping policies (such as European and American steel tariffs on China), environmental regulations (such as EU REACH) and other dynamics to avoid compliance risks.

8. Supply chain coordination

    ● Integrate high-quality supplier resources, provide diversified procurement solutions, and ensure stable supply.

    ● Optimize warehouse management, reduce inventory overhang, and reduce logistics costs (e.g. using information technology to track inventory).
