Aluminized zinc steel plate

Aluminum plated zinc steel plate is aluminum zinc alloy structure, composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600℃ high temperature and composed of its entire structure by aluminum - iron - silicon - zinc, forming a dense quaternary junction crystal of an alloy.

The corrosion resistance of "aluminized zinc steel coil" is mainly due to the protective function of aluminum. When the zinc is worn, the aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina, preventing the corrosion resistance from further corroding the interior.

Aluminum zinc alloy steel plate has good heat resistance, can withstand the high temperature of more than 300 degrees Celsius, and the resistance to high temperature oxidation of aluminum plated steel plate is very similar, often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and daylight lampshades.

The thermal reflectivity of aluminized zinc steel plate is very high, which is twice that of galvanized steel plate, and people often use it as a thermal insulation material.

Because the density of 55%AL-Zn is smaller than that of Zn, the area of the aluminum-zinc steel plate is more than 3% larger than that of the plated steel plate under the same weight and the same thickness of the gold plating layer.

Precautions for use

Storage: It should be kept in the warehouse and other indoor storage, keep dry and ventilated, and do not store in acidic climate for a long time. Outdoor storage should prevent rain, to avoid condensation caused by oxidation spots.

Transportation: To avoid external impact, the transportation vehicle should be SKID bearing steel coils, reduce stacking, and take waterproof measures.

Processing: When cutting, use the same lubricating oil as the aluminum plate. When drilling or cutting an aluminum-zinc plated steel plate, remove the scattered iron filings in time.
