The steel truss floor deck is a new type of metal deck design, which is widely used in the mezzanine buildings of commercial and civilian buildings, such as factories, hospitals, stadiums, schools, bridge projects and residential buildings. 

The steel truss deck is composed of two parts. The steel truss deck is fused onto the galvanized steel plate.

Application

The floor load-bearing plates undergo forming processing in the background manufacturing process. During on-site construction, the pressing plates need to be fixed to the steel beams using bolts, then the steel trusses are placed for binding, and after inspection, concrete is poured. 

The implementation of mechanized production has led to uniform spacing of reinforcing bars and uniform thickness of concrete protective layers, thereby improving the construction quality of the floor.

The prefabricated steel truss floor bearing plate can significantly reduce the amount of reinforcing bar binding work, accelerate the construction progress, enhance construction safety, and achieve civilized construction. The prefabricated templates and connectors are easy to disassemble and assemble, can be reused multiple times, and save steel, meeting the requirements of national energy conservation and environmental protection.
