Beryllium-cobalt copper (C17500 beryllium-cobalt copper) is an alloy material with copper as the base, containing elements such as cobalt and beryllium. It is mainly used for manufacturing injection molds, inserts, and core molds. This material possesses high strength, high electrical conductivity, and high thermal conductivity. Its hardness exceeds 260HV, the electrical conductivity reaches over 52% IACS, and the softening temperature can reach 520℃. Its thermal conductivity is approximately 3-4 times that of mold steel, which can quickly reduce the local high temperature during injection molding, reduce product deformation, and shorten the molding cycle.
