Fluorocarbon resin type: polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin must be used as the base resin for fluorocarbon coatings.
Coating Certification: PVDF coating supplier has KYNAR500 and HYLAR5000 coating certification.
Pigment selection: In order to have extremely high weather resistance of fluorocarbon coatings, PVDF coatings can only use high-temperature forged metal oxide or metal oxide alloy pigments, namely ceramic pigments; Weather-resistant rutile titanium dioxide; Acid-resistant alkali metal pigments and durable mica pearlescent pigments.
Coating weight: Baosteel in the production of fluorocarbon color coated steel plate must use galvanized layer more than 90 g/square meter) hot galvanized substrate or aluminum zinc weight more than 75 g/square meter hot plated aluminum zinc substrate.
Primer matching: polyurethane or polyester primer (epoxy primer can not match PVDF coating due to its relatively low weather resistance).
Coating film thickness control: PVDF color coated steel plate surface total film thickness must be ≥23 microns.
Coating baking temperature control: PVDF coating must be baked at a high temperature of 249-254 degrees.
