We specialize in manufacturing custom sheet metal electronic housings, which includes installing the necessary hardware and various miscellaneous components. Our workflow starts with your design and we are able to complete the order in 5 to 7 days with no minimum order quantity requirement. However, if the project includes parts or materials that are not in stock, a large order, or requires screen printing (which requires additional drying time), the lead time may be extended accordingly. If you have strict time requirements, it is recommended that you communicate with the account manager in detail. We can review your design to determine the actual delivery time and provide solutions for any design elements that may be causing delays.

With regard to the types of casings we are able to produce, we make sheet metal casings in 5 to 7 days according to the customer's design. Our production capabilities cover many different types of enclosures, including, but not limited to, rack-mounted, U-shaped, L-shaped, control tables, machined enclosures, hybrid enclosures, custom computer enclosures, enclosures made of extruded aluminum, as well as panels, brackets, and copper busbars. As for the meaning of "1U chassis," here "1U (1.73 inches)" refers to the standard rack chassis height unit. It not only defines the height of the front panel, but also specifies the location of the front panel mounting holes. To give you a clearer idea, the following table lists the height of the various standard front panels:

● 1U: 1.75 inches

● 2U: 3.50 inches

● 4U: 7.00 inches

● 6U: 10.50 inches

●7U: 12.25 inches

Finally, regarding dimensional tolerances for our housing products, we have a standard tolerance of ±0.005 inches for dimensional and position changes for cuts and profiles.
