Then, hot galvanizing is carried out and the parts are immersed in molten zinc to form a galvanizing layer. Finally, cooling and passivation rinsing are carried out to make the galvanized layer more uniform and smooth. After all processes are completed, the parts are removed for inspection and repair. Finally, the qualified galvanized steel pipe is packaged, stored and transported.
