The thickness of the galvanized layer is between 40-60 grams/square meter, if the customer needs a thicker galvanized layer, we can customize the processing according to the order requirements. The thickness of the pre-galvanized steel pipe ranges from 0.7 mm to 4.5 mm.
Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe:
The galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is thicker than the pre-galvanized pipe, and the production process is to dip the black steel pipe into the zinc pool for galvanizing treatment. The amount of galvanizing is between 200-500 grams/square meter.
