(1) High yield point, high hardness, significant cold hardening effect, easy to crack and other defects.
(2) The thermal conductivity is worse than ordinary carbon steel, resulting in the required deformation force, punching force, deep drawing force.
(3) The plastic deformation is severely hardened during deep drawing, and the sheet is easy to wrinkle or drop the bottom.
(4) The deep drawing die is prone to adhesion tumor phenomenon, resulting in serious scratches to the outer diameter of the parts.
